Sixteen finalists of Mutya
it Kalibo Ati-Atihan will have their preliminary competition on Saturday in
Kalibo, Aklan. The Mutya candidates will wow the crowd on December 22 for their
talent presentation in Kalibo Pastrana Park at 7 p.m.
Pageant director Albert Menez said the candidates will introduce themselves one by one and will share to the crowd their God-given talents in dancing, singing, and other performing arts.
The winner will get the Best in Talent minor award plus trophy and cash prize.
The candidates are Mary Anne Lopez, Sofia Claire Inocentes, Gina May Curises, Pearly Ann Libuton, Faye Beltran, Shenna Ellica Retiro, Prince Shemiah Filomeno, Aubrey Denielle Sy, Jamella Jane Remaneses, Yana Nieto, Philiana Hedy Zante, Cuty Ann Guzman, Francesca Beatriz Abalajon, Nicole Angela Crescini, Jamaica Venturillo and Shenna Adrien Pador.
The 2019 Mutya it Kalibo Ati-Atihan pageant is set for January 11 at Gov. Augusto B. Legaspi Sports and Cultural Center in Kalibo, Aklan.
The young ladies will be trimmed down to 10 finalists after the preliminaries on Ati-Atihan festival costume, production number, evening gown and swimwear.
From 10, the Top 5 will be revealed for a chance to win the crown and title of Mutya it Kalibo Ati-Atihan 2019.
Collection of pageant gowns of top local and international fashion designers and a panel of 13 judges will also share the stage during the pageant night.
