PESO Kalibo manager Efren

skills development program in PNTC Laguna campus and main office.
The training center, established
in 2004, is accredited by Technical Education and Skills Development Authority
(TESDA) and the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to offer registered
programs and short courses.
PNTC also sent more than 9,000
