GSIS
Aklan got 92.17 percent rating in the Anti-Red Tape Act-Report Card Survey
(ARTA-RCS) in complying the provisions of Republic Act No. 9485 or the ARTA
law.
The
Aklan satellite office received a check for P100,000 for the purchase of
equipment and materials and a wall mountable glass seal of excellence from the
CSC.
GSIS
regional manager Eleanor Gregorio also praised the GSIS Aklan employees for
their display of efficient and effective government services to the public.
Spot
checks of government agencies are conducted by ARTA Watch Team to rate agency
performance and client satisfaction in frontline service delivery. The
government frontline agencies that obtained an Excellent rating in CSC Report
Card Survey were awarded the Seal of Excellence.
Gregorio
said survey questions administered by CSC to clients on the services of GSIS
branches and its employees merited an excellent mark.
GSIS
Aklan satellite office branch has three employees headed by Ronnie Abella to
render responsive frontline services to GSIS members and pensioners.
This
year, two of its branches, namely Bacolod and Roxas GSIS offices, also received the
coveted Seal of Excellence. GSIS Antique
satellite office was also conferred by CSC last year.
