Kapuso island tour kicks off in Kalibo

Aklanon fans head to Kalibo, Aklan for summer fun and excitement as GMA Regional TV network kicks off the Kapuso Island Tour in Panay on May 25.

Jonathan Cabillon, TV 6 Iloilo station manager, said the first-ever event in the town of Kalibo will further strengthen its presence in the province of Aklan and fortify its regional expansion plans.

“It is going to be more fun-filled and enjoyable Kalibo event this Sunday with exciting games and activities for Kapuso supporters. The fans will enjoy the Kapuso experience and definitely be delighted,” he added.

Cabillon said GMA TV network will also visit towns in Antique, Capiz, Iloilo and Aklan to win more hearts in their island tour promo. 

In Kalibo, Kapuso fans also get the chance to see up close and personal one of GMA TV Network’s leading actors.

Cabillon said Kapuso heartthrob Geoff Eigenmann will bring entertainment after a ‘meet and greet’ with the fans at Kalibo Pastrana Park. 

The fun and excitement begin at 4 p.m. on Sunday.  

Last May 9 to 10, Kapuso celebrities topbilled in Boracay Island for the Kapuso non-stop summer party weekend, one of the network’s biggest regional events in 2014.
