Two motorcycle units were formally accepted by the Philippine National Police (PNP) here on Monday morning.

The newly donated motorcycle units worth P130,000 were  part of the proceeds of this year’s Kalibo Sto. Nino Ati-Atihan festival, according to Kasafi chairman Albert Menez.

The two brand-new motorcycle units will boost the capabilities of the region’s Most Citizen-Friendly police station in its intensified anti-crime campaign.

Superintendent Lagradante, for his part, thanked Kasafi for its show of support in the mobility street patrol of the Kalibo policemen.

Last January, the Kalibo police was also a recipient of a brand new patrol vehicle from SafeAir Corporation to enhance police mobility and service to the public.
