i'm not too familiar with their point system of performance that's too police ligua franca it might as well be Greek to me! anyway the last time i was there i was vacationing with some relatives from the US of A and we stayed somewhere in Sitio Sinagpa. one time we took a walk along the beach home from a late dinner between Sta. 1 & 2, so it must be the wee hours of the a.m. already and 'lo and behold we meet two uniformed cops on foot patrol! it might just be a matter of course but for me that makes me feel secure! Mabuhay!
ReplyDeleteMeanwhile Balabag has on average two break-ins per day and the police can not help concerned Bulabog residents because of staff shortages.
ReplyDeleteHow does that match up with being the top performer in some point system getting an "80% to perfect" mark? Isn't that point system a bit... well... POINTLESS?
hi!!!i congatulate my friend Senior Insp.Oscar Panambo for his award for getting the best police...from ur anonymous friend...
