Over 1,300 local government units in the country are beneficiaries of community projects roll-out in the new Assistance for Disadvantaged Municipalities (ADM) under the administration of President Rodrigo Duterte.

The budget cap for each municipality is determined by the equal share of each covered municipality from the total ADM allocation, per capita share of the municipality, years-based share computed from previous national government allocations to the municipality and their share for good governance.
The funds are intended for the construction or repair / rehab and upgrading of evacuation centers for temporary shelter of displaced families in times of disaster, construction of core local roads, provision of small water impounding projects (SWIP) to collect and store wastewater to be used during dry seasons and potable water supply for unserved or underserved communities.
