  1. Useless. Had a bag stolen from a resort chair at the Boracay Regency Resort and Spa last week. This was at 7am, hardly a soul on the beach other than the hotel security who failed to see or do anything. The Resort Manager Dindo Salazar denied all responsibility, claimed that the hotel is forced to used 3rd party security by the government and that when he inquired about my case he found the head of security "arrogant." This is disappointing from a group like Henann Resorts who should take responsibility for their guests safety and not blame it on the security company that they themselves hire.
