Mutya it Kalibo Ati-Atihan search is on

The search is on for contestants who will be vying for the prestigious Mutya it Kalibo Ati-Atihan title. 

After series of screenings this September, sixteen lucky aspirants will make it to the final stage for the beauty pageant on January next year.

The pageant is presented by Kalibo Sto. Nino Ati-Atihan Foundation, Inc. (Kasafi). The coronation will take place on January 9, 2015  at the ABL Sports and Cultural Center here. 

The Mutya it Kalibo Ati-Atihan has the glamour and elegance of a national beauty contest with a panel of judges and experts in the field of fashion, entertainment, lifestyle or beauty combined with impressive artistry and performances of local talents.  

The pageant is open for young women from 15 to 24 years old, at least 5 feet 5 inches tall, Filipino citizen, never been married, born of Aklanon parents or studying in Aklan.

For those who wanted to join the competition, application forms are available at Kasafi office. Aspiring candidates are also required to submit their birth certificate, parents’ consent for applicants below 18 years old, close up and full body shots before the screening dates on September.
