The
Boracay Dragons Frisbee team
of the Philippines will
be seeing action in
a series of US Tour beach
ultimate frisbee events.

The US Tour
is as part of their preparations for the 2015 World Flying Disc Federation (WFDF) World
Championships of Beach Ultimate in JBR Beach,
Dubai, United
Arab Emirates.
Travelling
around the world is nothing new to the players.
Boracay
Dragons, which finished with a silver medal twice, first in
Brazil in 2007 against Australia and the last one against USA in Italy in 2011
in the WFDF Beach Worlds,
will hit three states in their US tune-up events.
The US Tour
will bring the team to the 22nd annual W2BU
(Wildwoods Beach
Ultimate) in Wildwoods,
New Jersey on July 26 to 27. The tournament takes place on Schellenger
Avenue with over 400 teams competing in the action-packed frisbee tournament.
From New
Jersey, the team will travel to Illinois to play for the 14th
annual Ultimate Chicago Sandblast, a two-division beach ultimate frisbee
tournament, held at Montrose Beach, Chicago, Illinois on August 1 to 3. The
Boracay Dragons will compete in Game Division against 800 world-class players from
32 teams.
Drazba
XXI from Chicago, Illinois is the defending Game Division champion.
Then, the Boracay Dragons
will be heading to Maryland, Washington DC for the Ocean City
Beach Classic in Downtown Ocean City on August 9 to 10. The tournament is expecting 30-50 teams for
the Open and Recreational Divisions.

Dragons brought a team of world-class frisbee players for the US tournaments.
