Boracay Bound X: The Final Journey
BY ANGELA B. LOPEZ DE LEON

The summer party adventure series that spanned 10 long years has come to its final journey and has proven its supremacy in Boracay island one last time.

For its final installment, it was joined by the bravest and toughest celebrities, models and media personalities. It hosted the wildest parties on the island and the most eXtreme and eXplosive beach games as it paid tribute to the best of the Boracay Bound games in the past.

Celebrities and media personalities like Boracay resident hunks Marc Nelson and Rovilson Fernandez, models Ornusa Cadness, Sanya Smith, Mia Ayesa and Pauline Prieto, beauty queens Sandra Seifert and Maggie Wilson-Consunji, Cliff Ho, Andi Manzano, JM Rodriguez, Republiq’s Erik Cua and Vanessa Ledesma, just to name a few, came in full force via Seair’s 35 minute flight headed by party engineer Stephen Ku.

The setting was perfect with Epic Boracay being the hotspot for some of the most eXhilarating games such as the Iceberg inflatables by Republ1c, eXtreme relay games, beach volleyball, frisbee tournament courtesy of Hygienix, and many more. Ray-Ban also dared the Boracay Bound loyals to step out and be proud with their Never Hide Campaign. Guests were given a chance to bag an Ipad by just upgrading their existing Yahoo Mail account to the Yahoo Mail Beta powered by Globe Tattoo, which offers so much more than any other search engine.

As the sun settled down Boracay’s official sunset venue Solstice at the Tides Hotel Roof deck served as the perfect backdrop for overflowing San Miguel Light as everyone chilled down before the party broke loose at night.

First night, Manila’s primest lounge and restaurant Opus invaded Epic Boracay with DJs Manolet Dario and GP Reyes turning up the heat.

The second night couldn’t get any hotter with a display of golden tanned bodies that sashayed down the runway garbed in the latest from Ray-Ban, Vibram FiveFingers, Republ1c and the hottest swimwear line Solara.

Afterwards, Manila’s supreme club, Republiq, took Epic by storm on the second night with Manila top DJs Acid Burn, Ronan Poe and Funk Avy bringing the house down with its signature Wednesday night party – The Wild.
