This is the new campaign of Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) for its prospective clients and existing customers.
BPI is now celebrating its 37th year of operations in Aklan, serving the community since the 1970s. Through the years, BPI in Aklan enjoyed the trust and confidence of their customers for its quality service and 24/7 online, phone and mobile banking.
Eight months after typhoon 'Frank' severely damaged BPI Kalibo and BPI Kalibo Sto. Niño, the hardworking BPI Kalibo business manager Rufino Leyson and the rest of his staff welcomed the branch customers and top clients during the formal blessing of the newly renovated branch.
No less than Assistant Vice President and current Area Business Director Nestor Aldeguer led bank executives in gracing the blessing of two branches in Kalibo on February 18, 2009.
Kalibo Bishop Jose Romeo Lazo officiated the mass and led the formal blessing with special guests and well-wishers came to witness the ceremony.

The Bank opened its first branch in Kalibo, Aklan at Carillo Building in Regalado Street (formerly Burgos Street ) on March 20, 1972.
Two decades after, the Bank transferred to its present location across the historic Kalibo Pastrana Park along S. Martelino and XIX Martyrs Streets in Kalibo, Aklan.
BPI, with three branches in Aklan - Kalibo, Boracay and Sto. Niño - offer products and services from peso and foreign currency deposits, loans, safety box deposits, foreign exchange, insurance, investment and trust funds.
